Agreement to terms

By using reddingelectricpro.com (the "Site"), operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC under the name Redding Electric Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this service is

Redding Electric Pro is an independent referral service. We connect you with independent, third-party licensed electricians in the Redding, CA area — we don't perform electrical work ourselves.

We don't perform electrical work, we're not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, and we don't guarantee the availability, quality, licensing, or insurance status of any contractor you're connected with. Electricians we connect you with report holding an active California C-10 electrical contractor license and insurance. Verify any contractor yourself at the CSLB license lookup (cslb.ca.gov) before hiring.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use this Site or submit a request through our quote form.

SMS & text messaging program

If you opt in on our quote form, Redding Electric Pro and the specific independent electrical contractor(s) connected to your request may contact you by text message about the specific request you submitted. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply — check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Opting in to text messages is never a condition of using this Site or of any purchase.

As an internal standard for this business (not a requirement of current federal law), we treat consent as specific to the business named at the time you give it — the operating brand plus the independent contractor(s) connected to your request. If your request is later matched to a different contractor not named when you consented, we'll get fresh, contractor-specific consent before that contractor sends you automated marketing messages.

Diagnostic & self-check content

Guides on this Site — including breaker-tripping and power-outage checklists — are general information, not a substitute for a licensed electrician's judgment. If you smell burning, see sparking, or otherwise believe you have an active electrical hazard, stop, don't attempt further troubleshooting yourself, and call an emergency electrician immediately.

Acceptable use

Don't use this Site to submit false or fraudulent requests, attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation, or scrape or harvest content from the Site without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its matching service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the work performed, quoted, or left unperformed by any independent contractor you're connected with, or for any dispute between you and that contractor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redding Electric Pro and AuthenitcBrand, LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or from work performed by a matched contractor.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
